RIPPLE EFFECT FILM PROJECT
Can you make a 30-second video about water conservation? The Athens-Clarke County Water Conservation Office is seeking original short films about water conservation. The finalists’ films will make a splash at the EcoFocus Film Festival in the Spring of 2013. The winning film will be announced at the “Blue Carpet Premiere” and shown in select movie theaters.
